the infinitive in Portuguese and can correspond to a person of singular or plural in some circumstances. The personal infinitive (infinitive pessoal ) is used when a sentence has two different subjects, to make clear who does each action: Ele

telefonou to (nós) as Novidades
conhecermos The telephoned for us to know the latest

Eu pedi for eels viremic.
I asked for them to come / I asked them to come. O
customer
teve uns minute wait (nós) Terms muito trabalho.
The customer had to wait a few minutes to have our hard work.

Its use is not necessary, but is optional, when we have a single subject in the sentence is also a specific subject:

For não ter passport, travel puderam não eels não
For Terem passport, eels não puderam travel
By not having a passport, ellos pudieron in travel.

We traveled by bus for not much money.
We traveled by bus for not much money terms.
traveled by the omnibus en tener mucho dinero.

They woke up early to see the dawn.
They woke up early to see dawn. Ellos
despertaron Temprano el amanecer to see.

They waited the weekend to go to the movies.
They waited for the weekend go to the movies. Ellas
esperaron el fin de semana al cine to go. Note

el infinitive personal en estos three verbs, su formación es simple. El siempre infinitive is present, solo debe poner atención a la terminación de la primer y tercer la persona del plural:

Being

I be you / he be
we be we
them / they be in

Being

I be you / he be
we be we
them / they be in

Power

me to you / he can power
we mos
they / them in power

A common mistake is to confuse beginning infinitive pessoal do the future subjunctive. Remember that future subjunctive forms do differently and has other functions (see previous lesson).
see the same three verbs in the subjunctive do future: Be

for
você eu / ele for
nós eels formos
/ elas forem

Be

aestivate
você eu / Cell aestivate
estivermos
nós eels / elas estiverem

Power

você puder eu / Ele puder
pudermos
nós eels / elas puderem

time future subjunctive do indeed indicate a likely or even desirable to occur in conjunction with other future event. Amanhã

go to the beach tomorrow if you want (if at that time you wish)

In this example, the future event go to the beach depends on whether the other person, that future time, be willing to go.
Other examples:

We will travel by bus if you do not have problem
en Bus will travel, in itself Tienes problem (si en ese no lo tuvieras future time) I read

libros many as I can
Voy a leer libros many as pueda ( I like sea posible en ese future time)

También se puede con las use conjunctions: when , while , where , if y as . En esos Recomendación cases indicates the Suggestion.

Haz as puedes

Visit me whenever you can
We visit siempre puedes that

outro Drink coffee, Quiser

buy that car
Enquanto Não aestivate dear uncle
not buy that car while it is so expensive.

As can be seen, often used in the translation into English present subjunctive.
The first person future subjunctive do in Portuguese is formed from the third person plural past perfeito do indicative. Here's a demonstration: take the third person plural of the word "may" in preterite indicative perfeito do (puderam eels), we remove the last two letters and so we obtain the first person future subjunctive do (it eu puder). Eu puder

It was você / ele puder puder
We we
puder are eels em

As you can see, the combination of the third person singular is similar to the first. The first person plural take the ending "We " and the third person plural ending " em."

Another verb, in this case "know" perfeirto do
Past indicative, third person plural: Ls souberam
do First person future subjunctive: the eu Soubes If I know

If you / he knows
If we know
If they know
... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

composed Future subjunctive

con el auxiliary "have" the "there" en future subjunctive y el del participle verb we're putting together.

The subjunctive mood is used to express doubt, uncertainty, possibility and similar circumstances. The most common time used in this way is the present subjunctive, which we find very similar to its equivalent in English. We can use to express doubt, desire, feeling or requirement. Here are some ejemplos:

Duda:

I doubt that our colleague will soon
nuestro compañero they Dudo venga Temprano

I doubt he'll be here before eight they Dudo el
this here before las ocho.

Deseo:

hope she can overcome all the difficulties that she
Ojala pueda overcome all these difficulties

I hope your friend has good luck I hope
tenga buena suerte tu amigo

Sentimiento:

Nice to come with us that Peter
What did Peter bueno venga con nosotros
Too bad
Saibaman eels não falar português
Too bad they can not speak Portuguese

Requirement:

Venha agora você Quero that
I want (you) come now

A lei proibir that you passageiros fumem during a viagem
The law prohibits passengers from smoking during the trip

As in English, is common the presence of "that" before the person who is speaking and the subjunctive. You can also come prededido for "embora", "maybe", "unless", or "mais that" among other similar expressions.

Não você Venha unless stud In the very first
unless studios venga mucho primero

As you walk, you will not find better prices but
By Caminos, the vas find nmejores precios

While you walk a lot, not going very finest Encore prices
caminos Aunque mucho, vas in finding mejores precios.
