Where Can I Sell Unused Contacts

Sobre el CD

I have chosen to interpret sounds Andean because they possess in their own spirit, a unique magic. They also have an amazing variety of rhythms and include a tremendous number of instruments of any category, allowing a greater range of artistic opportunities. By avoiding the use of the song (and the story) and limited to a purely instrumental repertoire, this work could include more than 50 instruments, including traditional troops different flutes and panpipes many instruments totaling unit.
All of them (only a fraction of the rich and colorful traditional Andean instruments) have been interpreted with respect to the extent possible, the formats and traditional ways, both indigenous (pre-Hispanic and contemporary) as modern and urban mestizos. Within the description of each item scored the peculiarities of interpretation and registration, plus a brief glimpse of the histories and realities that frame each song or selection.
I have kept as a detail of "authenticity" many "errors" of interpretation and defects of each instrument (and that sounded.) No, do not adhere to this new musical fashion labeled "lo-fi": such "failures" could have been corrected and / or removed easily. But Andean music is, by nature, popular, and stripping factor "error" inherent in any interpreter (interpreters especially "Happy" by alcohol or tired by the height) and by another instrument (especially instruments old, worn, wet, dusty, tune, inaccurate ...) have been building something quite artificial. Thus, engaging in "defects" that are part of the human touch of this popular music, but have been included also, arrangements and sound editing resources very modern and detailed.
I hope that after listening to the CD and reading these writings, which are intended only basic sketches of what I gathered, from the hands of others more wise, along my way, you learn to recognize, love and feel the child of this land of wind we travel, sometimes hear their ancient voices.
